If you're constantly "On the go" like me then this is definitely the smoothie for you! Not only is this fantastically filling, but it's a sweet treat you don't feel guilty about drinking! A cross between a vanilla milkshake and banana bread ;-) or maybe I'm just being greedy, lol. Anyway, you have got to try this one! I promise you, you won't regret it!
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats or quick oats.
1/2 container of yogurt. (strawberry/banana)
1 banana — chopped into chunks and frozen or (1 cup of ice)
1/2 cup unsweetened (sweetened) almond milk (vanilla)
1 cup of ice.
1/2 teaspoon black-seeds.
1 teaspoon of honey.
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
